The level of an essential blood protein called albumin of the dog was very low as they were so malnourished.Thankfully, the 2 dogs were found just in time by the rescuers, who took them to a vet clinic. The dogs were completely afraid of humans as they had not been with humans before. So, they just stared at a wall and clung to another.
